Did you know that Laughter Yoga can benefit everyone? We all laugh—unconditionally without jokes or comedy.

Through Laughter Yoga, you can learn how laughter comes from within yourself—as the concept and philosophy of Laughter Yoga is based on laughing for no reason. And believe it or not, you do not need to have a sense of humour!

What to expect

A Laughter session is usually an hour, includes meditation and connection. I also offer longer sessions up to a half-day workshop. In this session, I teach you how to laugh even when you don’t feel like it. We do this by focusing on our breathing, making eye contact when laughing and by making specific ‘laughter’ sounds! These include ‘Ho-ho, ‘Ha-ha’, ‘He-he’.

Sessions can be relevant to any situation and are open to all ages and abilities. It can be done seated or standing and working with each individual ability.

Laughter Yoga is used in Workplaces, Aged-Care, private groups, Government, Not-For-Profit organisations and social/community groups. It’s also used among health professionals, nurses, carers, and with disability support services. Sharon is available for corporate events, Christmas parties, Staff parties and many other kinds of events. Each session can be tailored to your needs and anyone can enjoy the benefits of Laughter Yoga.
